If you're going back and forth, On the way out, I would recommend staying on 80 to Omaha, then head north on the 29 to Sioux Falls, then hop on the 90 all the way to Seattle and then down the 5 to Cali. Make sure you stop at Mt. Rushmore in South Dakota, Northern Wyoming is Amazingly beautiful, much more than Southern Wyoming, Montana is unbelievable, there's a reason they call it Big Sky Country, and every American needs to hit up the Pacific Northwest once in their life. Hell, even the flatness of Iowa is kinda neat. I wouldn't recommend going 70, it's pretty boring *except* for Utah, which is really cool. Then on the way back, head out back on the 40 east. Arizona and New Mexico are amazing. The desert is gorgeous, there's all these "painted" rocks everywhere. Really cool stuff, once you hit Texas though, it gets really boring really fast. That's all I got. But it was really fun. And there's lots of opportunities to go really fast. Although, be careful, if the Z breaks down, you're f*****. I blew a tire somewhere in South Dakota, took me 2 days to get it fixed, and the best thing they could give me were corvette tires, which I still have somewhere. Good luck, you won't regret it!
